When you contact us or start a project, we collect what you give us: your name, email address, company, and the contents of your message. If you have a client login, we also store the project files and communications that make the work possible.
Our site keeps basic, anonymised analytics — pages visited and approximate region — with no cross-site tracking and no advertising identifiers.
We do not sell personal data, share it with advertisers, or use it to train anything. Client work stays confidential unless a case study is agreed in writing.
Data is stored with reputable providers under standard contractual safeguards. Client project data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus twenty-four months, then deleted.
You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@straydog.studio and we'll respond within thirty days.
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll note it here with a new date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
